Physio2U is proud to serve eighteen cities around the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley including North Vancouver In-Home Physiotherapy. We do not charge extra for travel expenses so you won’t pay more to be treated in the comfort of your own home.
During your at-home physiotherapy session we’ll spend one-hour with you treating your condition and showing you exercises you can do in your home to help alleviate your symptoms. Many of our patients find physiotherapy at-home makes keeping up with your physio exercises much easier because you’ll receive a demonstration of how to perform them accurately and safely in your home until your next appointment.

While training for the Ironman Canada Triathlon in 1999 Kristen injured her knee biking. This injury led Kristen to work with a physiotherapist. With the help and guidance of the physio Kristen successfully finished the race. This positive experience inspired her to pursue physiotherapy as a career and help others achieve their personal goals. Kristen offers a compassionate, client-centered, hands-on approach, combined with therapeutic exercise.
You will find Kristen outdoors enjoying the beautiful North Shore. She enjoys hiking in the North Shore Mountains as well as stand-up paddle boarding. She is also testing out her music skills and learning to play the Ukelele.
Since 2018, I have been extremely grateful to have Kristen Duncan as a vital member of my health team. Her professional and personable manner inspires confidence and trust through her initial assessment, consultation, hands-on healing, and prescriptive exercises. Whether my problem was a chronic elbow, shoulder, back, hips or knee pain, Kristen’s healing hands have brought release and relief. Her recommended exercises are thoroughly explained, demonstrated, and practiced. My range of motion and movement is restored through Kristen’s hands-on pain release and continued support. Her smile and friendly personality are always welcome in my home. I highly recommend Kristen to my friends. -FD
Since dealing with sports related injuries as a teenager, Marianne has always been interested in how the musculoskeletal system works and how the body moves. She has always enjoyed helping people improve their health and with her interest in the musculoskeletal system, becoming a kinesiologist was a great way to combine the two. Marianne believes a key component to helping people feel better and move better is through education and helping her clients understand why certain movements and exercises are important to help them reach their health goals.

The session went great, I really liked her. I’ve already recommended her services to a friend.
