Physio2U is proud to serve eighteen cities around the Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley including Surrey In-Home Physiotherapy. We do not charge extra for travel expenses so you won’t pay more to be treated in the comfort of your own home.
During your at-home physiotherapy session we’ll spend one-hour with you treating your condition and showing you exercises you can do in your home to help alleviate your symptoms. Many of our patients find physiotherapy at-home makes keeping up with your physio exercises much easier because you’ll receive a demonstration of how to perform them accurately and safely in your home until your next appointment.

With a keen interest in physical activity, mechanics and fixing things, James inevitably gravitated towards a career in physiotherapy where he could combine all of the above into his daily life. Having come into close contact at an early age with the intense struggles of disability, pain and mental illness experienced by the people he volunteered and worked with, as well as lived with, he became committed to trying to relieve suffering in any way possible and growing to be a healer more so than a fixer. Empowering clients with the ability to heal themselves is a large part of his approach. James educates clients on how to be their own therapist in as many ways as possible and puts a strong emphasis on exercise therapy, drawing from his previous experience as a kinesiologist. He has worked in clinic and care home settings, the latter of which have become homes for him as well since he first walked into one as a volunteer. James is fluent in Mandarin and Gibberish (those who know, know).”
We are very pleased. James is very very good. My mom likes him a lot.
Growing up seeing his elder brother study at medical school created Pawan’s interest in understanding the human body. At the same time, his love for exercise and fitness since childhood made him more curious to understand them in more depth. Pawan knew he would become a physiotherapist after attending a career fair and understanding how a physiotherapist can help others. He is passionate about guiding people of all age groups with injury prevention, rehabilitation and achieving functional goals. Pawan is fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi..
Pawan loves outdoor sports such as cricket and badminton. He also enjoys watching movies, listening to podcasts, travelling and spending time with his family.
My daughter arranged physiotherapy services for me before I had surgery. The availability to have physiotherapy in my own home was a God-send. This brought calm to me knowing I wouldn’t be reliant on trying to find a ride for outside services, and the comfort of having my sessions in familiar surroundings. My physiotherapist, Pawan is very professional, kind, and encouraging. In addition, he is also a great listener, as my recovery was a little more challenging due to pre-existing health conditions. He’s made adjustments for this, allowing me to gain more mobility as each session passes while taking into consideration the limitations I do have. Pawan is an excellent therapist. It is my pleasure to highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a great physiotherapist.
