Physio2U’s website is for informational purposes and online payment transactions. A user is not required to register in order to utilize the full functionality of the website. When making a payment online using your credit card, Physio2U will ask you for your e-mail address, name, credit card information, billing address and telephone number. All personal health information and charting by the therapist is confidential and stored on a secure, cloud-based electronic medical record system called Jane using Canadian servers.

How does Physio2U use the information it collects?

Physio2U uses the information it collects through its’ websites to deliver the services or carry out the transactions you have requested and operate the business. The personal information collected on Physio2U’s website may also be used to directly communicate with you. Your e-mail, mailing and/or billing address may be used for sending invoices, information or reminders, and technical service issues.

Physio2U does not share your personal information.

Your personally identifiable information is not disclosed outside of Physio2U. We do not sell, rent or lease your name, billing or mailing address, e-mail address, phone number or other personally identifiable information to others.
