Sukhmeet’s interest in physical therapy began when her mother’s life was impacted with an accident. She witnessed her mother’s full recovery cycle, from being in excruciating pain to pain-free and independent. That’s when Sukhmeet decided she too would like to help people who are in pain and make their lives better. Sukhmeet believes recovery comes from healing the mind and body. She will provide client-centered treatment to ensure you understand your timeline recovery. She uses principles of evidenced-based treatment, manual therapy, exercise and movement therapies to manage pain and stop it from coming back.
