From a young age, Ellen was actively involved in sports, where she first saw how physiotherapists could help people recover, rebuild confidence, and return to the activities they love. Inspired by the powerful connection between physical rehabilitation and overall wellbeing, she chose to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
During her training, Ellen’s passion expanded beyond sports rehabilitation to include cardiac care, joint replacement recovery, and falls prevention. She takes a compassionate, client-centered approach—taking time to understand what truly matters to each person and tailoring her treatments to support their unique goals. Ellen is dedicated to helping her clients stay active, independent, and confident in their daily lives.
Ellen loves to play sports including Gaelic and Australian football. She also enjoys spending time with friends by going for a run followed by a cold ocean dip and a warm coffee!

Ellen has been fantastic with our father (85 yo), who is typically reluctant to do any exercise except when there is acute pain to be managed. She’s left pages taped to his cabinets (where some of his exercises are performed) summarizing and updating his prescribed routine. Her positive demeanour with him and the routine summary has been infinitely helpful in maintaining his engagement.
