Having grown up actively involved in sports, Caitlin experienced her fair share of injuries — experiences that ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in physical therapy. Through her own recovery journeys, she saw firsthand how physiotherapy can impact not only the physical body but also the emotional and psychological aspects of healing. Caitlin is passionate about helping her clients rebuild confidence, overcome fear, and rediscover the joy of movement. She takes an individualized approach to rehabilitation, tailoring each plan to her clients’ unique needs while fostering strong therapeutic relationships built on trust and rapport. Her goal is to support clients in not only reaching but surpassing their rehabilitation goals, regaining independence, and returning to the activities and hobbies that matter most to them.
