Put Some Spring in Your Step: Simple At-Home Exercises to Improve Posture

Whether you’re supporting someone you love or coordinating care for a senior, helping them improve their posture can make a big difference in their mobility, balance, and comfort. Taking a little bit of time every day to do a few simple exercises can go a long way.

We’ve put together a downloadable, printable guide sharing four gentle, posture-enhancing exercises that are recommended by our physiotherapists. They’re designed for older adults and those recovering from injury or illness, and can be done seated or standing—no special equipment required.

These simple movements:
