Sarah Hall
Registered Physiotherapist
North Vancouver
Sarah’s Story:
Sarah has always been fascinated by the mechanics of the human body and the importance of movement in everyday life. From a young age, she was actively involved in sports, and before pursuing physiotherapy, she worked as a personal trainer, lifeguard, and first aid instructor — experiences that strengthened her passion for health, mobility, and helping others stay active.
Sarah is passionate about helping her clients maintain strength, mobility, confidence, and independence at every stage of life. She has also been deeply involved in the profession beyond clinical practice. For the past ten years, she has volunteered with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia and currently serves as President of the Board of Directors. In 2024, she completed her PhD, exploring how pain impacts the relationship between physiotherapists and their clients. Raised on the North Shore, where she currently lives with her husband and young daughter, Sarah is excited to support the community she calls home. She believes the foundation of successful physiotherapy is a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, collaboration, and shared goals. By working together, Sarah helps her clients feel empowered, supported, and confident throughout their recovery journey.
